Genesys is a global leader in customer experience (CX) and contact center solutions, helping organizations deliver seamless and personalized interactions across every channel. Genesys specializes in cloud-based and on-premises solutions that integrate artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and automation to create efficient, human-centered customer service experiences.
During my time at Genesys, I partnered with a newly-formed team of creatives to execute a comprehensive brand redevelopment within a 3-month timeframe. Tasked with modernizing and elevating the Genesys identity, I contributed to reshaping the brand into a cohesive, forward-thinking visual system that aligned with the company’s vision and values.
Key deliverables included a refreshed logo, an updated color palette, all-new brand guidelines and comprehensive creative libraries for accessibility across teams, a redesigned website and branded digital portals, a wide array of social and content templates, custom swag, office signage and environmental branding, and much more.
